We ship our products from France to several destinations:

Delivery can be made to your home (Colissimo, Chronopost) or to a pickup point (Colissimo, Chronopost). Any delivery location is possible: primary or secondary residence, workplace, hotel, or vacation address.
We do not deliver to PO boxes, Cedex addresses, or to the French overseas territories, Cyprus, or Malta. The address provided at the time of ordering will be used for shipping: please ensure it is complete and accurate.
Our orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. An additional day may be required for customization or multiple requests. Shipping times then vary depending on the option chosen and the destination.

Depending on the destination, particularly outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or import fees may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a personal tracking link. Clicking on it will take you to the selected carrier's page, which will display the status of your package and the estimated delivery date.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form or at contact@withpoesie.com, specifying your order number and any information useful for its identification. We will then send you the necessary instructions as well as a return label, if applicable.
Products must be returned intact, unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and accompanied by their original packaging. They must still be part of our collections for sale. Any paid customization (e.g., gift wrapping) cannot be refunded.
Due to regulations regarding products containing alcohol, indoor vaporizers shipped outside of France cannot be returned.
If you notice that a product has a defect or has arrived damaged, we invite you to write to us without delay at contact@withpoesie.com, attaching photos and any information useful for understanding the situation.
Upon receipt of the package, if you notice any damage or visible anomaly, remember to note any reservations on the carrier's delivery slip. In the event of significant damage, do not hesitate to refuse delivery.
After examination, we will offer you the fairest solution: replacement, full or partial refund, or goodwill gesture.
If you notice an error in your order, please write to us upon receipt at contact@withpoesie.com, attaching photos and your order number.
After verification, we will organize the exchange or refund most suited to your situation.
In the event of a cancellation, the return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility. We can provide a prepaid label, the cost of which will then be deducted from your refund. We do not offer return labels for vaporizers for countries outside mainland France.
Initial delivery costs are refunded at the standard delivery method chosen when ordering, in accordance with regulations (excluding partial order returns). Any additional costs (express, signature, etc.) are not refunded.
In the event of an error on our part or a proven defect, we will organize the appropriate solution and take care of the return as well as the reimbursement of the initial delivery costs.
We will process your refund within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from receipt and inspection of your returned items.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used when placing the order. Depending on your bank, the amount may take two to three additional business days to appear in your account.
For security reasons, all refunds are made to the payment method used when ordering.
Each Poēsie creation is carefully protected: the candle or vaporizer rests in its packaging, wedged with tissue paper. The entire package is then shipped in a protective cardboard box, completed with eco-friendly cushioning—wood chips, tissue paper, or vellum kraft paper—to ensure optimal protection.
Depending on the collection, some products come with a cotton pouch and are presented in a wooden box. If you have chosen the gift wrapping option, it only applies to the product in question.
If you have written a personal message, it will be hand-lettered on a card, slipped into a sealed envelope and placed on top of the package so that it is immediately visible upon opening.
We offer several personalization services for your gifts, all handmade with the greatest care in our workshop.
• Sealed envelope (free — optional) : we calligraph the recipient's first name or nickname on the envelope with a pen. If nothing is entered, it will remain blank.
Where to choose it? Directly on the product page.
Special cases : If several products have the same name, we prepare a single envelope by default. Please indicate that they are for different people if you require multiple envelopes.
• Personal message (free — optional) : your text is hand-calligraphed on a 14.8 × 10.5 cm (A6 format) gift card, slipped into the envelope before wax sealing.
Where to write it? In the shopping cart (popup or shopping cart page).
For easy readability : please keep it concise (≈ 240 characters, including spaces) and associate each message with the corresponding first name when there are multiple recipients.
• Gift wrapping (paid option, €5 per eligible product) : the product is wrapped in vellum kraft paper, decorated with a copper satin ribbon tied with a double bow.
Where to activate it? Directly on the eligible product page, by checking the “Gift wrapping” box.
These attentions, carried out entirely by hand, can add 1 to 2 working days of preparation, particularly during busy periods.
We never include an invoice in our packages. Only a delivery slip, slipped into the sealed envelope, summarizes the references and quantities ordered, without any price indication.
The full invoice will be sent to you by email when you order.
⚑ Note for international shipments : for shipments outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, Canada), an invoice and delivery note may be attached to the outside of the package in order to meet customs obligations.

Each fragrance has its own tone: amber & spicy, green & fresh, fruity & luminous, woody or floral... Let yourself be guided by your desires, your emotions, and by the atmosphere you wish to create in your home.
To help you, each product sheet sketches a portrait of the fragrance: evocative text, inspirational photography, olfactory pyramid and dominant notes offer sensitive reference points to better project you. We also offer sample kits (paid, refunded upon a subsequent order) to discover our creations before choosing.

Our Classic candles average 30 hours of burn time, while our Signature candles average approximately 60 hours.
These durations are indicative: they can vary according to several parameters, such as the care taken in maintenance (size of the wick, duration of successive burns), but also the nature of the wick itself. Wooden wicks, being made from a living material, sometimes have a more marked or softer flame intensity depending on their natural density.

Each of our creations is handcrafted in our Champagne workshop in France. Every candle is born of meticulous craftsmanship, where slowness is a cherished value.
Great care is taken to balance wax, wick and fragrance — each composition designed to harmonise perfectly with its vessel. Since every blend reacts differently to heat, we test and refine with precision to achieve an even burn and a diffusion that reveals the perfume’s subtleties, note after note.
For the Classic Collection, the process takes seven days and more than eight successive steps to bring each piece to life.
For the Signature Collection, the process unfolds over sixteen days and involves more than a dozen distinct steps.
From the selection of raw materials to the final equilibrium of scent, from the wax work to the shaping of the container, every gesture is guided by attention to detail. This entirely manual savoir-faire gives rise to singular pieces, where tradition and innovation meet — and where each creation bears the imprint of time.
All our candles are handmade in our workshop located in the small Champagne village of L'Épine, France.
To fully enjoy your Poēsie candle, here are the tips to follow:
1. We recommend burning your candle until its surface is completely liquid.
2. Do not let your candle burn for more than 2 hours at a time during the first half of the candle and 1 hour 30 minutes at a time during the rest.
3. Never leave a candle burning unattended. Place your candle away from drafts, children, curtains, and pets.
4. Protect the surface your candle is placed on. For delicate materials, such as unfinished or painted wood, use a base instead.
5. To protect the jar, do not burn your candle to the end, always leave a little unmelted wax at the bottom.
6. Use matches instead of lighters, which could leave permanent marks on the sides of the jar.
7. Never extinguish your candle using the cork bung, but with a snuffer or by blowing gently on it.
8. Store your candle in a dry, temperate place, away from direct sunlight, ideally between 17 and 25°C.
To fully enjoy your Poēsie candle, here are the tips to follow:
1. We recommend burning your candle until its surface is completely liquid.
2. Do not let your candle burn for more than 3 hours at a time during the first half of the candle and 2 hours at a time during the rest.
3. Never leave a candle burning unattended. Place your candle away from drafts, children, curtains, and pets.
4. If the wicks become misaligned, gently re-center them while the wax is still melted.
5. Regularly trim the end of the wick (ideal length 3 to 5mm) to prevent the candle from smoking or over-consuming the wax.
6. Protect the surface on which your candle rests (with a cork or wooden base for example).
7. To protect the jar, do not burn your candle to the end. Always leave a small amount of unmelted wax, ideally between 0.5 and 1 centimeter.
8. Use matches instead of lighters, which could leave permanent marks on the sides of the jar.
9. Never extinguish your candle using the cork bung, but with a snuffer or by blowing gently on it.
10. Store your candle in a dry, temperate place, away from direct sunlight, ideally between 17 and 25°C.
To fully enjoy your Poēsie home fragrance, here are the tips to follow:
1. Highly flammable product: keep your vaporizer away from any flame, source of sparks or heat-producing device.
2. Do not smoke while spraying.
3. Store the spray in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Always keep the container tightly closed.
4. Use this product only for its intended purpose, namely to perfume the interior.
5. For better hold, shake the bottle before use then spray the perfume on a fabric (e.g. curtain), from about 20 cm away.
6. Before applying to sensitive or fragile materials (e.g. soft leather, suede), first test on a small, inconspicuous area.
7. Do not swallow. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show the container or label.
8. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor.
9. Avoid direct skin contact.
10. Keep out of reach of children.
