1. Delivery terms
WITH POESIE delivers Products ordered from mainland France to France, the European Union (excluding PO boxes, French overseas departments and territories, Cyprus and Malta), Switzerland, the United Kingdom, as well as certain countries outside the EU (see full list in point 2).
For any other destination, do not hesitate to contact us by email.
Two delivery methods are available:
• delivery to relay point by Mondial Relay.
• home delivery via La Poste.
The delivery address is the one provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Any errors or omissions (incomplete address, postal code error, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Orders are prepared within 1 to 4 business days. Additional time may apply in cases of customization or high volume.
The Customer is informed by email of the dispatch of their order, with a tracking link and a tracking number allowing them to follow its delivery.

These deadlines are given for information purposes only and may be subject to delays beyond the control of WITH POESIE. No reasonable delay may give rise to compensation.
2. Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when ordering, depending on the destination country and the carrier selected.
WITH POESIE offers free delivery under the following conditions:
Outside of these levels, shipping costs are indicated before payment is confirmed.
Depending on the destination, particularly outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or import fees may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

3. Receipt of Products
The Customer is required to check the condition of the package upon delivery. In the event of a visible anomaly (damaged or open package, missing or broken product), the Customer is requested to:
Any claim related to shipping or apparent damage must be sent to WITH POESIE by email at contact@withpoesie.com within 24 hours of receiving the package, accompanied by supporting photographs. If no claim is reported within this timeframe, the delivery will be deemed compliant.
This system does not affect the Customer's rights under legal guarantees of conformity or hidden defects, which remain fully applicable.
4. Return, withdrawal and refund
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of his order (the date appearing on the carrier's receipt being authentic) to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or bear penalties.
In the event of split delivery, this period begins upon receipt of the last item. When it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is automatically extended to the next working day.
As a reminder, the right of withdrawal only applies to consumers and non-professionals.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
The decision to withdraw must be notified clearly and unequivocally to WITH POESIE, by email to the following address: contact@withpoesie.com.
The Customer may, if desired, request a return label; the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Subject to compliance with the above conditions, WITH POESIE will reimburse the sums paid (excluding return costs) within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following receipt and inspection of the returned Products.
The refund will be made using the original payment method.
After-sales service
Any complaint relating to a Product ordered on the Site (defect, exchange, reference error, etc.) must be addressed exclusively to WITH POESIE customer service, via the contact form or by email to contact@withpoesie.com.
Physical retailers and points of sale are not authorized to process complaints related to orders placed online.
Limitation of liability
WITH POESIE cannot be held responsible in the event of non-execution or partial execution resulting from:
The Products must be used in accordance with the usage recommendations provided. Any transformation, inappropriate or non-compliant use releases WITH POESIE from any liability in the event of damage.
5. Defective or non-compliant products
The Customer is invited to carefully check the condition of the Products upon receipt. In the event of an obvious defect (damaged product, reference error, manufacturing defect, etc.), the Customer must inform WITH POESIE within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery, at the following address: contact@withpoesie.com, attaching a precise description of the problem as well as supporting photographs.
After this period, any claim related to non-compliance may be investigated, subject to supporting evidence. If the defect is confirmed, WITH POESIE will cover the return shipping costs and offer a suitable solution: replacement, full or partial refund, or goodwill gesture.
In accordance with Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. As such, the Customer may obtain the repair or replacement of the Product, or, if these solutions are impossible or disproportionate, its reimbursement.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with their packaging and all accessories. No replacement or refund will be made without prior return of the Product concerned.
This system applies independently of the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 4, for which the return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
